Pre-Orders/Backorders Information

VIRPIL Controls now accepts pre-orders/backorder. Any item that is out of stock can be purchased as a "pre-order" and the order will be dispatched when the items are in stock. Please note the following before creating a pre-order;

When creating a pre-order, you will not be charged up front. You may see an "authorisation" or "pending" charge for the order total, but this will expire/release typically after 7-14 days. This is required to verify your provided payment details.
Your payment details will be saved securely on Stripe's PCI Compliant servers. The VIRPIL Controls webstore does not store or interact with payment details locally.
Around 2 weeks before your order is due to ship, your payment details will be charged and you will receive an invoice. Your order tracking number will be sent separately when your order is dispatched.
If the payment for your pre-order fails, our support team will contact you directly to resolve the issue.
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch.
A pre-order will only be dispatched when all the items within the order are available.
Pre-orders are dispatched in chronological order, but the total lead time will vary depending on which items have been pre-ordered as some items may take longer than others to arrive in stock.
Estimated lead times can be provided on request by emailing support@virpil.com with your order information. We ask that due to the high demand please wait ~1 week before requesting a lead time.
Additional items cannot be added to an existing pre-order. It will be necessary to cancel your existing pre-order and create a new one with all the items you want. The lead time will now be re-calculated from the date of the new order and the queue position from the cancelled order will not be retained.

Placing a pre-order with VIRPIL Controls acknowledges that you have read and accepted these rules.

If you have any questions regarding pre-orders on the VIRPIL Controls EU webstore, please contact us at support@virpil.com.
