Delivery Information

All orders received by the VIRPIL Controls EU webstore will be despatched from our Lithuanian fulfilment warehouse.

The cost of delivery is calculated based on the total size and weight of your order. You will be shown a quote for delivery to your chosen shipping address at the checkout page.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification including your tracking number. 

Any fee's incurred to UAB VIRPIL due to rejected/returned parcels will be charged to the customer.

NOTE: We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. Any orders created with an APO/FPO or PO Box address will be delayed and held until a suitable alternative address is provided.

International Customs and Duty Charges Information

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the EU are charged excluding VAT and may be subject to local customs and duty charges. Orders which are being delivered to a European Union member state will have the appropriate VAT rate calculated and charged on the checkout and no further import charges or duties will be due.

Customs policies vary widely according to the type of goods you are importing and the country from which they came or were made in. Customs import duties are typically charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid to the courier before the delivery is completed.

UAB VIRPIL cannot be held responsible for any additional charges, duties or taxes incurred when importing your order. Please be aware of any additional fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order, due to the widely varying customs and import processes by country, UAB VIRPIL cannot provide specific information. Please consult your local government import/tax information center or the courier directly for clarification.
