VIRPIL Controls EU Webstore

The VIRPIL Controls EU webstore uses the Braintree secure payment gateway which is owned by PayPal - this gives you the opportunity to place an order securely with a number of payment cards including VISA, Mastercard and AMEX, or alternatively you can pay with your PayPal account directly.

This is usually because your card provider is blocking the transaction. Please contact your card provider to lift the block and retry the order.

All orders are shipped with DPD or TNT/FedEx Tracked Service from our Lithuanian warehouse. More information can be found on our Delivery Information page.


Technical Support

Please use the VPC Configurator Light software available on our website to calibrate your VPC devices. Note: Do not use the Windows Game Controllers calibration tool as this can cause conflicts with the firmware's calibration data.

Please follow the instructions in the VPC Configurator Light user manual to complete the firmware upgrade process to the latest version included in the software archive.

Please open the Windows Game Controllers settings panel and select the VPC and click "Properties". On the "Settings" tab, please click "Reset to Defaults" - this should resolve your issue, if not please contact support@virpil.com.

The first cam change after transit can prove occasionally difficult - to significantly ease the removal of the cam screws please try heating the screws by touching the screw with a soldering iron for a couple of minutes, or simply heating the screws with a powerful hairdryer for the same amount of time. Also ensure you are using the correct tool of adequate quality.
